TO FORM A COLLECTION OF HISTORICAL ITEMS RELATING TO THE DISTRICT OF FOWEY TO ITS MARITIME ASSOCIATIONS AND CONNECTIONS WITH LOCAL INDUSTRIES AND TO PUT SUCH COLLECTIONS ON OPEN DISPLAY TO THE PUBLIC AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH PLACE OR PLACES AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
