TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING MUSIC) PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH HELP DEVELOP THEIR LIFE SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 21 LIVING IN CORNWALL AND DEVON BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF MUSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TO EMPOWERING YOUNG PEOPLE TO BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES, DEVELOP THEIR INDIVIDUAL IDENTITIES AND GROW IN PERSONAL CONFIDENCE
