THE PROVISION OF A SWIMMING POOL AT BOVEY TRACEY IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BOVEY TRACEY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, AND AS ANCILLARY THERETO TO ORGANISE THE FINANCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING AND MAINTAINING IT WHEN CONSTRUCTED
