To provide and maintain a village hall for the use of the Parishes of Coldridge and Nymet Rowland and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex and of political, religious and other opinions, and for use of meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms or recreation and leisure-time occupation, to improve the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
