A SWIMMING POOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA, FOR THE PROVISION THEREON OF SUCH FACILITIES AS ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE LYDNEY DISTRICT COUNCIL ANCILLARY TO SUCH USE AS AFORESAID AND FOR SUCH OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPTAION HAVING THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE BENEFICIARIES AS THE SAID COUNCIL SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
