TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF ABBOTS LANGLEY AND NEIGHBOURHOOD, THROUGH THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE.
