TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF ALL RESIDENTS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA DESIGNATED AS BENNETTS END IN THE DACORUM DISTRICT COUNCIL BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL STATUTORY BODIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT AND FOR RECREATION.
