Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE THE WELL BEING OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN ASSOCIATION WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE AND TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRIT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THIS PURPOSE AND OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
B) TO PROVIDE AS A MEANS TO THESE ENDS A COMMON MEETING GROUND, PARTICULARLY FOR RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
