Youth organisation for 10-18 year olds as fully enrolled uniformed cadets. They are instilled into the nautical traditions - boatwork, sailing, canoeing, sea going experience under sail and power, seamanship, maritime skills (drill and piping), radio communications, electrics, mechanics, cook stewards, band music.
