(A) THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CENTRE ARE TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE (12 YEARS OF AGE AND UPWARDS TO 21 YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE BUT NOT BEYOND THE AGE OF 25 YEARS) IN ACHIEVING THEIR PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON, BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND FACILITIES FOR SPORTS, GAMES, ATHLETICS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL PURSUITS (B) THE CENTRE SHALL BE NON-POLITICAL AND NON-SECTARIAN
