Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF SOUTHGATE AND SURROUNDING AREA, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE FACILITIES OF THE FOLLOWING KIND:
(A) PLAYING FIELDS FOR THE PLAYING OF CRICKET, FOOTBALL, HOCKEY AND OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS.
(B) FACILITIES FOR INDOOR RECREATION AND ANCILLARY FACILITIES.
