TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS AND YOUNG MEN AND GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. TWICKENHAM BRUNSWICK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE WILL SUPPORT YOUNG PERSONS AND WORK TO FURTHER THEIR INVOLVEMENT.
