Charitable objects
THE CLUB SHALL ACT AS A GRANT-MAKING BODY FOR THE SOLE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR YOUTH CLUBS IN THE LONDON AREA, PARTICULARLY THOSE IN OR NEAR THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND YOUTH CLUBS WHO HAVE LONG ASSOCIATIONS WITH THE NEW CAMBRIDGE BOYS' CLUB OR ITS PREDECESSOR, THE CAMBRIDGE AND BETHNAL GREEN BOYS' CLUB. GRANTS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO YOUTH CLUBS WHOSE GENERAL OBJECTS ARE SIMILAR TO THOSE OF NEW CAMBRIDGE IN THAT THEY SEEK TO PROMOTE THE MENTAL, SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF ITS MEMBERS WITHOUT REGARD TO THEIR COLOUR, RACE OR RELIGION.
