TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTIONS OF SEX, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATIONG THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY OGANISATIONS AND TENANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUACATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
