THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF CHILDREN BEING FACILITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF SAFE AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UP TO FIVE YEARS OF AGE; AND OF WHICH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, POVERTY OR SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF TRUST DEED).
