THE RELIEF OF THE DISABLED BY THE PROVISION OF SPECIALISED INFORMATION, COUNSELLING AND OR ADVICE TO DISABLED PERSONS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING....ING PART IN ACTIVITIES; AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS.
