TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS IN PAIGNTON BY PROVIDING FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR WHEELCHAIRS BOTH BATTERY DRIVEN AND MANUAL, BATTERY DRIVEN SCOOTERS AND OTHER SIMILAR EQUIPMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR MOBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
