TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS IN SITUATIONS OF ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL CONFLICT THROUGH MEDIATION AND RELATED SUPPORT SERVICES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT THE TRUSTEES MAY: A) ASSIST THROUGH MEDIATION ANY PERSONS REQUIRING THE RESOLUTION OF CONFLICT AND/OR THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OR POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES. B) IN SITUATIONS OF FAMILY BREAKDOWN ADVISE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS RESIDENCE OF AND CONTACT WITH CHILDREN AND FINANCIAL AND PROPERTY MATTERS AND C) PROVIDE COUNSELLING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND OTHERS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY FAMILY BREAKDOWN.
