Choices Advocacy provides independent advocacy and advocacy related services ie Person Centred Planning to children and young people, adults with a learning disability, older people, vulnerable, socially excluded people in Southampton and across Southern Hampshire. Independent Advocacy empowers and enables vulnerable people to speak up and have their views and wishes heard.
