(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL, RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING FUSE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL, RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO AS AFORESAID.
