Charitable objects
(1)THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BAMPTON (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") RECREATIONAL FACILITIES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
(2) THE SAID LAND SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A RECREATION GROUND AS AFORESAID.
