THE TRUSTEE SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY USED AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HORSPATH AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEE FROM TIME TO TIME THINKS FIT
