THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SWIMMING POOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOODSTOCK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
