PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND, PLAYING FIELD AND, IF THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT THINK FIT, A COMMUNITY CENTRE, FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE OR OF POLITICAL,RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR,THE PROVISION OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND TRAINING, MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND SUCH OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION HAVING THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
