The Association owns the Elmswell memorial building leased to the County Council and the adjacent memorial garden maintained by volunteers. It publishes the Elmswell Newsletter delivered free to all households and businesses within the area of benefit on a monthly basis entirely supported by advertising.

Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO: A) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY; AND B) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
