THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL CENTRE COMPRISING A VILLAGE HALL OR COMMUNITY CENTRE, A RECREATION GROUND, AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WICKHAMBROOK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, TO BE USED IN PARTICULAR FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
