TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HOOLEY BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THOSE INHABITANTS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING EDUCATION, SOCIAL WELFARE, AND RECREATION.
