THE PROVISION AND EQUIPMENT OF A YOUTH CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSES OF HELPING AND EDUCATING GIRLS AND BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RELIGIOUS BELIEF OR POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
