To ensure the development and recognition of a vibrant, strong and diverse voluntary sector with a focus on supporting on those aged 0-25 and their families in Dorset and for all children and young people to be empowered, feel respected and know they are valued. We do this by acting as an infrastructure organisation providing training, support, employment programmes and working with communities.
