(2) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR DANCING PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND OTHER FORMS OF HEALTHY RECREATION AND TO PROVIDE BATH DRESSING ROOMS READING WRITING AND NEWSPAPER ROOM AND LIBRARIES
