TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULAR THOSE FROM URBAN AREAS, THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO YOUNG PEOPLE FROM LONDON, PARTICULARY GREENWICH AND URBAN AREAS IN SCOTLAND WHO ARE PREPARING TO LEAVE SCHOOL.
