SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS IN THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES SHALL MOST TEND TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDY AND THE IMPARTING TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDY AND THE IMPARTING TO MANKIND THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF THE GROWTH HISTORY DEVELOPMENT METHODS PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF PARLIAMENTARY OR REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONS AS WELL IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS IN ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD.
