(A) TO PROVIDE IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS, A LIBERAL, PRACTICAL AND GENERAL EDUCATION, UPON MODERATE TERMS, FOR GIRLS OF ALL CLASSES ABOVE THOSE ORDINARILY ATTENDING PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. (B) TO PROVIDE IN ENGLAND AND WALES A TRAINING COLLEGE, OR TRAINING COLLEGES, FOR WOMEN DESIROUS OF ENTERING THE TEACHING PROFESSION.
