THE PROVISION OF A PRIZE OR PRIZES TO BE AWARDED ANNUALLY TO A FULL-TIME STUDENT OR STUDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ART AND DESIGN IN THE HASTINGS COLLEGE OF FURTHER EDUCATION, WHO SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF COMPETENT JUDGES APPOINTED BY THE TRUSTEES, HAVE PRODUCED OUTSTANDING WORK IN THE RESPECTIVE FIELDS OF FINE ART OF GRAPHIC DESIGN (WHETHER UNDERTAKEN INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE DEPARTMENT) OR SUCH OTHER AREAS OF ARTISTIC STUDY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
