Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT SIR HENRY FERMOR CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL: 1. BY PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE USED AND OCCUPIED FOR THE PURPOSES OF A CHURCH OF ENGLAND VOLUNTARY OR FOUNDATION SCHOOL (WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS) OR ACADEMY (WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE ACADEMIES ACT 2010) IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION SHALL BE GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL; AND 2. IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
