FOR KEEPING BOYS AND GIRLS CHILDREN OF INHABITANTS OF ST. HAWES TO TAKE UP SCHOLARSHIPS OR EXHIBITIONS ENTITLING THEM TO PROCEED FROM THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO A SECONDARY OR TRADE SCHOOL OR TO BECOME APPRENTICES TO ANY TRADE.
