PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND YOUNG MEN UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN HE TOWN OF HELSTON OR IN ANY OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PARISHES THEREOF BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER INSTITUTIONS OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION, APPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE BY THE TRUSTEE.
