The stated object of the Museum is to collect, care for and display artefacts, documents and other material (including our world famous collection of Honiton Lace) which has relevance to Honiton, its surrounding district and its inhabitants. Its principal aim is to make the collection available and accessible to the public, thus giving an insight into the history of the local area.
