C)ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED OR ARE ABOUT TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL, WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KINGSBRIDGE.
