(B) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ETC FOR ENTRY INTO PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING. (C) PROMOTING EDUCATION OTHERWISE (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING).
