Charitable objects

(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS BY THE PROVISION OF A SCHOOL IN OR NEAR WEST BUCKLAND AT WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION SHALL BE GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 4. (2) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL BY THE AWARD OF PRIZES (OR OTHER SUITABLE REWARD). (3) THE PRIZES MUST BE AWARDED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD TEACHER.
