PAYMENTS EITHER TO TEACHERSOR BY WAY OF PRIZES OR REWARDS TO CHILDREN OR OTHERWISE FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE INSTRUCTION IN RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND,SUCH CHILDREN BEING BONA-FIDE RESIDET IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND ATTENDING SOME PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WHETHER SUCH INSTRUCTION BE GIVEN AT SUCH SCHOOL OR ELSEWHERE.2. PAYMENTS TO ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF TOPSHAM.
