FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AND RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA:- (A) EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY SECONDARY SCHOOL OR AT ANY INSTITUTION FOR FURTHER EDUCATION; (B) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS EXPENSES OF BENEFICIARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL OR ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHIMENT; (C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES.
