TO PROVIDE ALLOWANCES FOR 5 STUDENTS FROM PLYMOUTH SCHOOLS, WHO HAVE GAINED EXHIBITIONS OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO UNIVERSITIES, IN ADDITION TO THEIR GRANTS TWO OF WHICH ARE TO GO TO STUDENTS AT DEVONPORT HIGH SCHOOL FOR BOYS. SOME OF THE INCOME MAY BE APPLIED TO PROVIDING EXHIBITIONS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PRESENT OR PAST PUPILS OF ANY SCHOOL IN PLYMOUTH IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
