THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS OR BURSARIES TO YOUNG MEN, NOT EXCEEDING THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, BEING NATIVES OF GREAT BRITAIN BUT WITH PREFERENCE FOR YOUNG MEN RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, FOR TRAINING AS JEWISH DIVINES ON ORTHODOX JUDICIAL PRINCIPLES, AT JEWS COLLEGE, LONDON, OR AT SUCH OTHER COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
