(1) TO PROVIDE SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORITY FOR QUEEN MARY'S COLLEGE. (2) TO BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OR DISTRICT OF BASINGSTOKE, AND ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR ATTENDED; QUEEN MARY'S COLLEGE.
