THE BENEFIT OF POOR GIRLS OF GOOD CHARACTER IN SECURING FOR THEM A TRAINING FOR DOMESTIC SERVICE IN ANY ASYLUM OR INSTITUTION IN WHICH SUCH TRAINING IS PROVIDED, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR GIRLS RESIDENT IN WINCHESTER WHO HAVE LOST ONE OR BOTH OF THEIR PARENTS.
