PRINCIPALLY FOR THE BENEFIT IF RESIDENTS OF SUFFOLK TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE A DISABILITY BY BRINGING SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE INTO CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH THEIR NON-DISABLED PEERS BY: (A) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS OR OTHER SUCH LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES; (B) PROMOTING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS; (C) ENABLING PARTICIPANTS TO MAXIMISE THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND DEVELOP THEIR POTENTIAL
