TO CREATE A TRANSIT SITE IN ORDER TO SUPPORT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE GYPSY COMMUNITY, PROVIDING GUIDANCE TO HEALTH CARE, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL CULTURAL SUPPORT. THIS WOULD ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF PRE-NATAL AND ANTI-NATAL CARE TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF BABIES, YOUNG CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS, AFFORDING MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND PROTECTION FROM ABUSE AND EDUCATION IN DRUG ABUSE, BIRTH CONTROL AND CULTURAL SKILL TRANSFERS IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE AND IN KEEPING WITH THE MINORITY CULTURE.
