TO ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN ROAD SAFETY , TO IMPROVE DRIVING STANDARDS AND IN PARTICULAR TO HELP DRIVERS PASS THE ASSOCIATION'S DRIVING TEST AND SUBSEQUENTLY TO HELP THEM MAINTAIN THEIR TEST STANDARD.
